All cottages have a lounge/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. They vary in size and design, with some being suitable for couples. All accommodation is located on the ground floor.
The properties are regularly maintained and have all had the latest, energy saving double glazing fitted.
Residents pay a monthly charge (WMC), which is considerably less than commercial market rents. The only other costs for residents are council tax, gas, electricity and telephone.
Cottages have a small garden area which residents are encouraged to tend. There are also extensive grounds and a millennium garden for residents to enjoy.
